This post addresses the following: Parents/Children Registration, Pre-Registration Extensions, at-the-door pricing, and pre-registration sales.

We’ve made the following changes to our pre-registration policy: Parents with children under the age of 13 do not have to pay admission for their child. We’ve originally had this policy for children under the age of 10, but extended it to 13 and younger.

Pre-Registration extension: Pre-Registration will continue to be up and extended after October 6th at an increased rate of $20. Pre-Reg will close October 11th, 2 days before the show.

At-the-door: At the door pricing has changed from $20 to $25. To compensate, we will be holding $10 pre-reg sales weekends in both July and August. Please stay tuned for those sales dates!

Voice Actor Guest Announcement: Erica Schroeder

Today we welcome voice actress Erica Schroeder to our guest lineup for Yushi-Con! Erica Schroeder’s appearance at Yushi-Con takes place shortly after the premiere of FLCL:Alternative in late September on Adult Swim, where she takes on a character role in the show with her strong, unmistakable vocals. Her events in Yushi-Con are scheduled to take place between the hours of 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. on the day of the show, October 13 at East Stroudsburg University.

“It is with great fanfare that I announce Erica Schroeder, a prominent voice actress of the northeast convention circuit, will be one of our guests of honor at this year’s Yushi-Con. We consider her appearance to play a strong part of our resurgence in the convention circuit after a nearly 3 year hiatus, and we are excited to have her be a part of our October 13 show,” states Patricia McGee, Convention Chair of Yushi-Con. “Her performances of many beloved fan-favorite characters in Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, One Piece, and more will surely excite an already hyped audience! We are also psyched to hear her character vocals in the new FLCL: Alternative late September,” Patricia concludes.

“I am thrilled to visit East Stroudsburg this October and see my fans once again,” states Erica Schroeder, “I also extend my thanks to Yushi-Con for inviting me to the convention as a guest of honor, I will be hosting a meet and greet, and a panel presentation that many of the attendees will not want to miss out on,” Erica concludes.
